We are Cooktown’s newest park and have been providing a quiet, shady and welcoming place to stay now for many hundreds of visitors since 2001. The park is situated in 5 acres of natural bushland at the foothills of Mt Cook. The sites are shady and a variety of native wildlife that call the park home.

You can choose to fish freshwater
locations, the local wharvesor head out on the blue water for some big catches.
We're only 1km from the centre of Cooktown, so we're easy to find! Located close to the beach and cafes.
We're one of the few lucky locations that aren't affected by these little buggers!

If you are entering Cooktown from the South, we are the first park on the main road as you head into town. We're fortunate enough to be within a short distance of the centre of Cooktown, so our guests have easy and quick access to the shops and attractions.
